1986 Mercedes-Benz 190-Series Description

Rare 5-Speed Manual! We are the second owner of this vehicle. This vehicle has been in the Washington DC area its whole life with a CarFax report available. Engine and transmission are strong with the clutch being replaced only 3 years ago. Perfect highway cruiser with no shakes and drives pin straight with brand new tires. Brand new exhaust system from engine manifold to muffler tip, and all four brakes were replaced; full caliper rebuild, pads, and new rotors. Speakers were replaced with upgraded radio with Bluetooth. The fundamentals are good with only cosmetic issues. Driver's door was replaced, AC does not work but heat does, Sunroof does not work, Trunk lock controls all vehicle's locks, Rust spot at back right side, paint chips on roof, and power drivers seat does not work. Mileage odometer stopped working at 171,887 and I have a picture of odo showing 170,000 with time stamp. Using that and my average weekly commute its' mileage is 178,800. This has been a great vehicle that has never left me stranded. From 0°F to 100°F it has always turned on with great reliability and the slick 5-speed is very smooth.
