2012 Mercedes CLS 63 AMG Renntech

First of all if you are looking at this car you already know that it is an absolutely amazing piece of hardware. This is a Saturn 5 Rocket in the form of a family sedan. It can be absolutely sedate go out to dinner car or switch on a button and it becomes a Gallardo, Turbo Porsche, or just about anything else eating beast!

I have personally owned this hard loaded CLS for about a year or so and loved it. It is beautiful and clandestine. No Stingray owner expects his lunch to be handed to him by a family sedan.

This car is way hard loaded. It has Distronic which is the automatic cruise control that is amazing when commuting. The car will literally come to a complete stop in traffic without touching a thing. It makes commuting amazing.

It has the FLIR night vision front camera system, which is a little over the top, but as a nerd I absolutely love that I have the same view in my nav display as an Apache helicopter. It even “targets” humans or animals that come into view of the Night Vision and will stop the car if it detects one of these objects in the roadway and the driver does not take action.

It has the Mercedes Rear seat Entertainment system for when you have your in-laws along and they cannot agree on a movie they can each watch their own.

It has the Driver assist package, which warns you of swerving into other lanes, warns of traffic in lanes nearby or in blind spot. This is one option that you have to get used to as it vibrates the steering wheel a little and beeps at you if cross over a hard shoulder line. If you aggressively swerve and there is a car next to you the car will brake and pull the car back into your lane and beep at you vibrate and flash a message that that you are an idiot and should have known better than to move into the lane.

Of course it has the heated and cooled seats. Along with these nice features it has the dynamic drive driver seat that continually adjusts the bolsters to keep you in your seat. Again, this was something I had to get used to, as it’s new to have a car that is so coddling.It also has the massaging driver seat that kneads your back to stop you from entering your road rage stage in the worst traffic.

It has parktronic that helps you to hit only the cars that you wish to when parking.

One button you really have to get used to is the ECO button; it shuts the car off at standstills when it wants to, to conserve fuel. I find it extremely annoying because it does it randomly and it starts it self randomly and it takes some patience. But again there is a button to just turn it off, or you can program the car to default it to off. So then you have to press the ECO to make it work. Look if you are buying this car, you are not buying it for its amazing petrol mileage. This is not a Prius. This is a factory built German hotrod. Its blazing fast but you can still get over 20mpg if you set cruise on the freeway. But if you have a heavy foot 20 is nothing but a dream.

It syncs to your phones and devices, it has amazing multi zone climate control it is just an amazing piece of German perfection.

This car is barely out of the wrapper it has less than 20,000 miles. It was well over $100,000 when new with all the options.

I bought the car with 15,000 miles. I bought the Renntech package, which does not void any warranty and makes the car perform better. I also added the Mercedes rear entertainment system. All of these items were added by Mercedes Benz of Lindon Utah. They have all the service records on the car since I purchased it. I bought it out of Colorado it has an absolutely clean and clear AutoCheck history report. I have paint tested it and it all factory paint. No accident, No stories just an amazing low mile super sedan. This car will not disappoint. You can drive it anywhere. It has nearly new tires, literally all it needs is a new garage to put it in.

We are happy to have the car inspected for you at a Benz dealer and/or pick you up at the airport for an inspection or to drive it home.

WARRANTY
This is a reminder to all eBay bidders. These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws as is standard on ANY used car. Obviously a car that is 8 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 1 or 2 years old. AUCTION CONDITIONS
All of our auctions are 10 DAY LOW RESERVE auctions. This means the car is usually sold to the highest bidder regardless of price. We simply ask that you are a serious buyer and are financially capable of completing the transaction within seven days of the completion of the auction.
DEPOSIT
How much of a deposit do you have to pay? We require a $500 deposit to secure the transaction for the vehicle. We require that the deposit be paid within 48 hours of the close of the auction, by certified cashiers check or acceptable credit card. The deposit is not refundable.
SHIPPING
Can we arrange shipping? Yes, we can arrange shipping through one of several different transport companies we use on a regular basis. We can have your vehicle shipped anywhere in the USA, and many overseas destinations. Payment for shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless prior arrangements are made.
PAYMENT
VEHICLE DOES NOT SHIP UNTIL THE MONEY CLEARS THE BANK! We do NOT accept escrow! We accept credit cards only through PAYPAL at www.paypal.com only for the $500 deposit. If these forms of payment are not acceptable to you then please do not bid.
FEES
Utah buyers will be required to pay a $100 document fee, sales tax, property tax, emission and inspection fee and a registration fee as per State of Utah law. All out of state buyers will be required to pay a $100 document service fee and will also be responsible for taxes Licensing and registration fees as per their individual State laws but no additional fees to my dealership.

At the close of the auction we will contact you by email and ask for your phone number. One of our salespeople will then call you on the phone and go over all of the details with you.

Well lets see...We will professionally detail your car before delivery and fill the tank with gas for your trip home if you are driving. Should you decide to pickup the vehicle, we can pick you up on the day of your arrival at the airport, train station, etc...

We accept verifiable Cashier's Checks, or funding institutions' checks. We will also accept personal checks, however, we will wait until the check clears before shipping the vehicle.

Buyer will be contacted by e-mail by us after the auction closes and must respond by phone within 24-hours of the e-mail to confirm your intention to purchase or we reserve the right to resell or re-list the vehicle. Our re-listing the vehicle does not negate our remedies for breach (please see item 14, below).

Buyer must pay for the vehicle within ten days of auction end.

Although we make every effort to accurately describe vehicles, are confident in our analyses and have never had a customer feel our vehicles are in lesser condition than described, to ease interstate commerce management, vehicles are sold 'as is, where is' and we cannot be held responsible for good-faith errors or omissions! Our 'Standard Features' portion is provided for our customers' convenience as a reference, and much of it comes directly from the manufacturer's site for the vehicle's year and model. We, and manufacturers, sometimes list features in error. But, we always welcome and encourage visual and mechanical inspections and test drives, by appointment, to qualified bidders or competent service establishments working on the bidder's behalf. And, we offer and encourage buyers to purchase an extended service agreement for added protection, especially for vehicles beyond their original manufacturer's warranty. However, all mechanical/condition/feature-type inspections/due diligence must be completed prior to the final 24-hours of the auction.

Mileage on vehicle is approximate and was correct when picture for auction was taken. Mileage may vary +100 to 300 miles due to the fact that the vehicle may be driven on test drives or moved during the auction process.

Utah residents only: Residents in the State of Utah will be required to pay an additional $100 documentation fee (this pertains to both standard bidding and "Buy-It-Now" features), sales tax, and related license and registration fees, and emission and inspection fees.

Non-Utah Residents: Residents out of the State of Utah will be required to pay an additional $100 documentation fee (this pertains to both standard bidding and "Buy-It-Now" features). Your State may require and you may be responsible for paying sales tax and or other registration fees in your State when registering your vehicle. At this time you will not pay any State of Utah Sales Tax.

No 'open titles' to any buyer who cannot prove they are a licensed dealer. In other words, the title will be reassigned to you on the back of the title which is in my name and any lien information will be included. Title will be sent to lien-holder, if any, unless permission is given from lien-holder to do differently.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Seller can assist in arranging shipping logistics within the continental U.S. If you will be picking up the vehicle, we will provide free transportation from Salt Lake City International Airport to the vehicle during reasonable business hours. We request that delivery occur between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, but are amenable to other arrangements if necessary and agreed upon prior to arrival.

Any illegal activities such as auction interference, bid shielding, not fulfilling contractual obligation, and so on, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law. We will give appropriate transactional feedback on eBay, as well.

Buyer agrees, by placing bid on this auction, that Buyer has read, understands and agrees to all terms listed here. Should professional services be needed for breach or any misunderstandings, venue shall be in the State of Utah. Buyer also understands that, since the automobile market changes rapidly, should Buyer breach this purchase agreement by canceling sale or failing to tender payment withinseven days of auction end, the minimal amount of damages Buyer agrees to pay seller shall be no less than $1000 or the difference between this winning bid amount and the amount the vehicle is sold for to another purchaser, whichever is greater, for loss, inconvenience, and/or bad faith plus any reasonable professional fees.
