This van is lighter than anything comparable on the market. I challenge any other manufacturer to get on a truck scale and weigh axles.
This van gets the best fuel mileage of any RV on the market. It is better than 25mpg @ 60mph. The 3.0L V6 is a heavy fuel waster, and the 2.1L 4-cyl mated to the 7-speed transmission has more than enough power. It will rundown the Interstate into a headwind at 85mph. The 2.1L 4-cyl makes peak torque around 1400rpm.

I quit my truck driving job to focus on building vans as a full-time business. I've been living in trucks (both work and personal) full-time for over 10 years now. I've worked on dozens of vehicles. I have a lot of trucking experience, a lot of vehicle experience, I've worked as a mechanic, I've worked as an electrician, and I have an Associate's Degree in Electrical Construction.
My designs are simple and light-weight. I spent years perfecting my floor plan. In a small space, inches matter a lot. These othermanufacturers are building multiple floor plansbecause they don't knowwhat works. They clearly haven't spent enoughtime actually using their vans.
There is truth in the K.I.S.S. design. I will try to steer buyers away from:
- Extraneous off-road lighting; (this isn'tJurassic Park!)
- Complicated electronics; (failure-prone)
- Nests of electrical wiring; (fire-hazard)
- Plumbing; (leaky, unsanitary)
- Indoor showers; (non-functional) Too muchhumidity inside the van, and not enough water pressure. You're not going to getthe good, long, hot shower you want with any RV shower. You'll be counting gallons.
- Toilets; (gross)Who wants to poop inside a 105 degree van? We don't poop in our trucks! It's unsanitary. Just get out of the truck and use a proper bathroom. If you're that far out in the wilderness (not much left these days), dig a hole!
Ask anyone with a cheap travel trailer, something isalwaysbroken.Who wants to deal with the constantmaintenance of leaky plumbing?Who wants to spend their vacation troubleshooting an electrical problem on the road?Been there, done that, and I can tell you, you won't have the time or patience for it. You're on vacation. You want to relax. Then when you get home you have to plan another trip... just to get the vehicle back to whoeverbuilt it for service? ... what a pain in the ass!
How am I able to save you money? By not having employees. By not having a huge factory and huge overhead costs. By not wasting time. By not making mistakes.By not trying to impress you with every bell andwhistle under the sun. By giving you what works, what I know works, and nothing more.
My construction will outlast the vehicle itself, and be user serviceable on the road if and when it does fail. As anelectrician, we were trained to make our work last for 20 years. I can't tell you my designs won't need service, but they probablywon't need service.
Myvehicles are designed for hard use.Daily use.I am offering a "Industry Best" 5 year/100,000 mile warranty on my work.
I purchase, design, build, and sell these trucks myself. From start to finish. Only 1 person touches your van... me. Look at these other big companies like... Winnebago. These wealthy CEO's are not building and spending time in their trucks! They go to board meetings. (I think?) Golfing?Who knows? Nobody ever sees them. They hire subcontractors and pay employees by the hour to build their stufffor them... they are totally disconnected.
I build everything from start to finish, with no employees, and no sub-contractors. I bring quality, reliability, and attention to detail that only a 1-man operation can deliver.
I am available at my shop in Missoula, Montana. 7 days a week, from 7am until 11pm.
