2000 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Kompressor Classic Sedan 4-Door Description

2000 Mercedes-Benz C230 Kompressor Classic Sedan 4-Door 2.3L in great condition only 99000 miles... Mechanically, car has had an acceleration issue for a couple of months, where car has a delay to accelerate... In other words, accelerator pedal is not responsive as it should and takes time for car to pick up speed... I already have replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor (that was first suggestion from my mechanic). Then, I replaced the Throttle Positioning Sensor which is independent from the throttle body, however the problem continued... Third suggestion from my mechanic was to replace the throttle body, which I did, and acceleration improved enormously. However, car still needs to develop more power. Car can be driven on the street fine, but when on the freeway, the RPM does not go over 2500 to activate the supercharger (per my mechanic). The headlined is sagging and AC needs recharging...
