2002 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Base Sport Utility 4-Door Description

Very Low Miles Mercedes 2002 ML320 for sale with a very low reserve. We are relocating and this car can't come with us. This vehicle has been very well maintained. We are the second owner and we have had it since it had 50,000 miles on it. There have been no mechanical issues with it at all, besides the crankshaft sensor as described below, and the interior is in excellent shape.
Recent Work:
  • Just had all fluids changed.
  • Just had the brakes redone with new brake pads and rotors.
  • Replaced the crankshaft sensor. This typically fails on all of these cars at about 75,000 miles. This has now been replaced with a new one so you should be good for another 75,00 miles. :)
  • Brand new headlights and fog lights installed last month. (before I knew we were relocating...)

As I have mentioned, mechanically she is flawless with ice cold A/C, and I strongly encourage you to have the car inspected. There are lots of services for this out there. However, cosmetically there are some issues which I will detail as completely as I can below.
Issues:
  • The main one is there is a dent on the right side doors. There is a close up picture of it above. Someone must have rubbed against us while we were parked at our building. Unsurprisingly, they left no note. :/ This can be most easily fixed with new door skins of the same color. They can be had for about $200 each right here on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/111793152703?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  • There is also a small dent on the front of the hood. You can see it in the pictures.
  • The rear bumper has a crack in it.
  • The drivers mirror got smacked by a car and the plastic lens covering the turn signal there got broken. Also since this happened you need to move the mirror manually; the auto doesn't work. I think something got knocked loose.
The bottom line is this is a $60,000 car that can be had at one tenth of that price. It is mechanically flawless and drives just like you would expect a Mercedes to. However, it is not cosmetically flawless, but nothing that can't be fixed. I would have fixed those things myself if I did not have to sell it.
Every other Mercedes ML320 from this year on eBay has 150,000 to 200,000 miles on it. That should be a testament to how long this car should last you.
Bonus!!!!!
About six months ago I special ordered a Myron and Davis headrest video system for the back seat of this car that is custom dyed to be color matched to the interior. However, I still had not gotten around to installing it. This was a $1000 system that I will throw in for free with the car. I will take pictures of it and add them.
