Cannot vouch for original owner, but when we bought it, we did not see/smell any evidence of smoking, and being non-smokers ourselves, it's something we looked for. Long distance sale okay too as long as buyer agrees to condition of vehicle in writing, beforehand and arranges and pays for his/her own shipping. Buyer agrees to not hold seller responsible or liable for ANYTHING after ownership is transferred, payment has cleared, and vehicle is picked up. Full payment must clear seller's bank account before title/ownership is transferred and before vehicle and keys are handed over to the buyer. If full payment does not clear seller's bank account within a reasonable time, seller reserves the right to cancel the sale, and keep $125 of buyer's initial deposit/payment to cover ebay fees. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to inspection, tax, tags, registration, transfer/notary fees, and all other fees related to purchase and shipping/pick-up. These related fees are not included in the purchase price. Cost of inspection is buyer's responsibility even if sale does not go through.
