2008 Mercedes-Benz M-Class Description

The family of Mercedes-Benz ML models, together referred to as the M-Class, cover a range of duties from family-hauling and cargo-hauling errands to moderate off-roading--all in comfort and luxury. The mid-range ML320 CDI has a 3.0L turbo diesel V6 that offers the power of a V8 with the fuel economy of a four-cylinder, according to Mercedes-Benz. This model comes with a seven-speed automatic transmission. The V6 has variable valve timing, a tumble flap, and a two-stage intake manifold for good throttle response whether in stop-and-go traffic or passing at high speed. All M-Class models include the 4MATIC full-time four-wheel-drive system, which has a low range for off-roading. A sophisticated traction control system assists the drive system and incorporates a downhill speed regulator and hill-holder for stability on steep slopes with limited traction. The M-Class is built on a unibody platform and has an independent suspension--double-wishbone front suspension and four-link rear setup--for good, car-like handling and a smooth ride. Standard safety features on the ML include front side air bags, side curtain air bags that span all outboard occupants, active headrests to help prevent whiplash, and the PRE-SAFE system, which prepares safety systems for an anticipated crash. The M-Class has spacious seating for five adults, and the 60/40-split second row folds forward to expand the cargo area when needed. The stylish interior especially stands out for its available burl walnut or aluminum trim. Standard equipment includes dual-zone climate control, power front seats, cruise control, a power sunroof, a multi-function steering wheel, dual heated side mirrors, and a retractable cargo cover. The ML320 CDI has similar equipment to the ML350, but the ML550 adds heated front seats, larger front brake discs, burl walnut trim, running boards and a rain sensor. Major options through the line include the COMAND in-dash multi-media interface and navigation system, the height-adjustable Airmatic air suspension with active damping, a Harmon/Kardon Logic 7 sound system with auxiliary input, a rear-seat entertainment system, heated rear seats, an ambient lighting package, and bi-xenon headlamps that swivel to help illuminate into corners.

This 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML320 CDI is in great running and driving condition. There are a couple paint blemishes on the hood and passenger front door. Also scratches on the driver side mirror and rear passenger door handle. Pictures will show the defects as well as tire tread depth.

There is a brand new battery and the XM radio still has a subscription. The AutoCheck Report shows four owners, 22 historical events, last reported event date is 13 June 2016, and last reported mileage is 140398. ZERO calculated accidents. This is a NO RESERVE auction so the last bid wins.

You won! Now What?

Successful winning bidder must call 804-758-3077 and/or email harrismotorsva@gmail.com within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. Also, the winning bidder must put a non-refundable $500 deposit down for the vehicle within 48 hours of the end of the auction. In the unfortunate circumstance that a deposit is not made and no arrangements have been made with us, we will re-list the vehicle, and make an attempt to recover any and all fees from eBay charged to Harris Motors against the winning bidder.

Full payment is due within seven business days of the auctions close. Payments must be received in accordance as outlined in the eBay auction. Please contact us as soon as possible if we need to make other arrangements otherwise we will place the vehicle on sale and/or relist the vehicle. Harris Motors accepts Cashier's Check (certified from US or Canadian bank), money order, PayPal, Cash (in person), Loan check. The vehicle will remain at Harris Motors until we have personally verified that funds have cleared.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. All shipping questions and/or concerns should be addressed directly with the shipping company used to transport your newly purchased vehicle.

All buyers will pay a $199 processing fee/dealer license tax. 30 day temporary/transit tags are available to all out of state buyers, buyer must provide valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Out of state buyers do not pay sales tax in VA or any other DMV fees, you will need to title and register the vehicle in your state. VA residents are subject local taxes, title fee, registration fee, tag and service fee
