It features the connecting rods, pistons, and crankshaft from the SLS AMG’s version of this engine and a retuned engine-management system. The C63 AMG’s ECU tweaks raise the top speed from a limited 155 mph to 174 mph. Also included in this package are two-piece front brake rotors and harder brake pads that are more heat resistant.

Cosmetic upgrades include a carbon-fiber trunk lip and red brake calipers. Inside, the P31-package C63 AMG gets an Alcantara/leather-wrapped steering wheel that feels as good as it does in the SLS AMG!
