1999 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series Description

I am pleased to offer this limited Collectors Item, the 1999 Mercedes S500 “Grand Edition.” This is one of the few Grand Edition W140’s produced in the last and only year of production and sale.

Originally sold for over $100,000. This Benz has double pane glass, special grand edition features including lighted door sills, moon roof, special interior trim and all the other features associated with 1999 S Class Benz.

The Grand Edition was a special run of 140’s at the end of the production cycle of the 140 body cars. The Grands were equipped with special black maple wood trim, lighted thresholds, special paint and special coordinated leather interior.

The Grand Edition was built to commemorate the end of the W140 production line and body style. These cars were hand built in Germany and specially tested by Mercedes-Benz engineers.

These overbuilt cars are a true statement of Mercedes-Benz superiority. Finished in Obsidian Black with parchment leather interior and the interior/wood combination was exclusive to this model as were the illuminated door sills, and 19″ AMG Aero Monoblock sport wheels.

Owner recently spent money on tune up and new tires. Pictures tell an accurate story of the excellent condition of this car. With low well maintained miles, this car is just now out of it’s break in period!!
