Offered for sale is this stunning example of the very collectible R107 Roadster from Mercedes-Benz, a 1988 560SL in beautiful Arctic White over Navy leather. This all-Florida car was delivered to and sold by the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Naples, Florida, and has never left the state. It was owned by one affluent gentleman for over twenty years, then passed to his daughter - one family owned since new. It has been beautifully maintained, and runs and drives as well as any R107 I've driven. The AC blows cold, the vents are working properly, and the subframe mounts are new. The VIN stickers are all in place, the paint is excellent and original, and the leather and wood are in exceptional condition. It includes the factory hard top, all books and hang tags, tools, original window sticker, three original keys, original Becker radio, original spare tire, and many service records. Flaws on this car are extremely limited, such as mild aluminum electrolysis at the front right of the hood and around the left washer nozzle, a small (nearly invisible) crack in the lower left corner of the original windshield, and a hairline crack (about 1/2") on the dash at the right defrost vent (please email us for up close photos of these if interested) - rather than repair, we did not want to interfere with the originality of the car.
