2001 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Base Description

This is my personal vehicle. I am selling as I need something that I can haul a bit more with. Runs and drives excellent. It is my daily driver and is very well taken care of. It has recently had the Service B performed with full inspection and clean bill of health from an independent service/garage.
Under the hood of this vehicle is extremely clean and is close to as nice as when it came off the lot new! There is no rust under the car. New Mercedes floor mats were installed two months ago.New grill, new OE Mercedes Benz Hood emblem, new 19" wheels, new tires, new CD/DVD player, recently tinted.Also comes with the original 16" Mercedes wheels and 225/60R16 Michelin tires that are in very good shape for winter driving. These are not installed, but will come with the car. Also a second set of OE Mercedes lug bolts are included as well. I will also include the original Mercedes navigation unit and the original dash trim (all of which is in good shape). The original hood emblem will also be included with purchase.
The interior handle on the driver side has a small split that has opened up. Interior will be detailed prior to any person picking it up.
Vehicle has a custom python skin vinyl wrap on it. Looks great and get loads of compliments as well as started many conversations! However, if you don't like it, it's still just a wrap!Car has brand new LED tail lights (look very clean). I will also include an extra tail light assembly (had to purchase another set as someone backed into my tail lamp with their big pick up truck...thankfully just hit the light). Passenger side sun visor just decided not to go up all the way. It is about an inch lower from the ceiling than it should be.
The one picture (the car is in all black with the original wheels) is the picture of the car the week we brought it home. That is not what is looks like now, obviously, but that's what she looks like underneath.
Everything works well and is very comfortable to drive. I would not hesitate to take this car anywhere.
