This car is in good condition for the age & mileage accumulated. I have spent in excess of $3,000 on repairs & maintenance in the last 2 years. I will list all work done to the car after my description below. This wagon is a very solid driver with lots of life left. This wagon was special ordered to be outfitted with several factory options not commonly seen. Vehicle is driven so mileage at end of auction will be slightly higher than currently listed
ENGINE/TRANSMISSION/DRIVELINE: Operates flawlessly. The engine still pulls strong & smooth with NO overheating or smoking. Drive this car & you will be surprised it has that many miles on it. The transmission shifts excellent thru all gears & has been serviced accordingly throughout its life. 4MATIC AWD works excellent especially in inclement weather & slippery road conditions
STEERING/SUSPENSION/TIRES: Handles very well & holds the road as it should. All suspension & steering components serviced accordingly. Excellent cruiser even past 100 mph. Tires are approx 2 years old with plenty of life left. Have 2 sets of wheels- Current set as pictured on vehicle now & 4 Bridgestone snow tires on 3 factory alloy wheels (one OEM wheel suffered a crack this past winter) I estimate the snow tires to have 2 to 3 seasons left on them.
BRAKES: Vehicle stops as it should & serviced accordingly including rigorous fluid flushes.
CLIMATE CONTROL: Heat & Air Conditioning operate as designed & serviced accordingly. Hot heat & Very cold Air Conditioning
ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONICS: There are NO warning lights illuminated on cluster. Cluster is bright with all pixel readouts present. All windows work as they should fully up and fully down with zero issues. Sunroof opens & closes as it should. Xenon headlamps work excellent & still retain its self level feature. Headlamp washers work as it should. Front & rear park distance control works as it should & extremely helpful when getting into a tight parking spots. Bose sound system sounds great. Factory command navigation system is working & comes complete with discs for many regions of this country. Heated seats work great as well. Both power seats with memory function work in all ranges of adjustment
INTERIOR: Shows normal wear & tear but very clean & presentable. Has fold away jump seats in rear which look like new & hardly used. Seats are still supportive as they should be. Also equipped multi contour front seats. Dash has some splits by passenger air bag but nothing major.
EXTERIOR: In good condition & detailed every year. Paint has a good sheen but has several defects which is to be expected of a car this age. Please see photos & review closely. Misc. scratches and a hardly noticeable shallow dent on the passenger front fender. Small portion of clear coat is peeling in spots near sunroof. NEVER been in any accidents.
2015 REPAIRS: Complete tune up (plugs, filters, fluid flushes), engine mounts, front Bilstein shocks & spring pads, sway bar brackets & bushings, front ball joints, front axles, front & rear brakes with new rotors all around, thermostat, coolant temp sensor & coolant service, windshield, K40 relay box, Air Conditioning compressor, condenser, accumulator & flush all lines
2016 REPAIRS: Inner & outer tie rods, tie rod boots, upper control arms, wheel alignment done by Rallye Motors, both rear self leveling shocks, both rear self leveling accumulators, flush suspension/steering fluid & install new filter, Genuine Mercedes Battery
