This 2007 Mercedes Benz C280 just arrived and I have to say that I am quite impressed on how well this C Class runs and even more impressed with the exterior fit and finish. We get our share of Mercedes Benz and most are driven into the ground, but not this C280. It is very evident that this automobile was well take care of. Finished in a Black Diamond Exterior that is set off beautifully by a Elegant Cream Beige Leather Interior. This car has never been in an accident and has a clean auto check/Carfax history!

The Exterior paint is in extremely good condition with only limited light imperfections...the normal wear and tear...some dings and stone chips. The interior was extremely well kept with NO tears in the seats or abrasion's on the seats or seat bolsters. The rear seats looked like they were barely sat in. The carpeting and headliner are in extremely good condition. The front mats are in fair condition and the rear mats are in great condition.

This vehicle comes with both sets of keys/remotes as well as all the factory owner manuals and literature in the original owner packet.

The tires are in very good condition with no side wall abrasions and there is more than 50% of tread life left. There is some very light road rash on the wheels...barely noticeable.Some of the lug nuts have discolored...just like allMercedes lug nuts do.There is a small chipand star in the lower passenger side corneronthe windshield. These "chips/stars" have not grown legs and expanded. Pleasepicture #24.

Mechanically this C280 isas sound as they come. The engine purrs to perfection and the transmission shifts effortlessly. EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD. The heat is very strong and the AC blows cold air. All power conveniences work perfectly. The Sunroof operates (tilts/slides) just like the day it was driven off the dealerships lot. I would not hesitate to drive this Benz across the country. This C280 looks like it has 50k miles instead of 140K. If you are looking for a strong luxury sedan at a fraction of the cost this is the vehicle for you! This is a very nice automobile for the year and miles...extremely nice!

I spent 25 years in the automobile industry as a General Manager and CEO. I got out of the business 7 years ago so I could spend more time with my family (car business hours at long and hard). My son came to me a year ago and said he was thinking about going into the car business. I simply said "why don't we get a dealers license and sell 4-5 clean cars a month and see where it takes us. I own and operate an indoor baseball academy now, but I missed the business terribly and therefore we started a little wholesale/retail business. We operate mostly out of our home and only buy nice cars. We don't get mixed up with project or edgy cars...we only sell nice, reliable automobiles. We only buy cars from people we know and that I have been doing business with for the past 25 years or privately. If a car is not right...we simply pass on it or sell it at the auction. Because our overhead is so low we are able to sell these cars at extremely affordable prices.

We start our cars at an opening bid of $500 - $1000, accordingly and sell every car at NO RESERVE.We sell exclusively on eBay auction to the general public and represent them in their as-is state. Many of our vehicles are bought by dealers because the prices are so reasonable and most importantly because the cars are in such great condition. At the end of the auction we sell the vehicle whether we make or lose money. Every description is as detailed as possible. We are completely transparent. If you are not sure about something...PLEASE ASK, we will be happy to answer any and all questions. If DASH LIGHTS are on...we will tell you about them. If a car has a major blemish, dent or scrape we will tell you about it. If something is not working we will tell you about it. If a dash light comes on during your ride home it is your responsibility. All vehicles are sold AS -IS. We are not responsible for minor cosmetic defects. It is the buyers responsibility to perform a pre-sale inspection or express any and all concerns prior to placing a bid and prior to winning the final binding auction. Administrative Fee

Motor vehicle & Issuing of Plates

Because we only obtained a wholesale and limited retail license we are not able to issue temporary tags or collect state sales tax(s). It is the buyers responsibility to dotheir own tag work and satisfy all state and local taxesin thelocale where they choose to register the car. The buyer must provide proof of insurance and provide a copy of a valid drivers license. If the buyer is unable to obtain a temporary transit tag or complete registration in their state without the car being present we will take the buyer to our local notary that handles all our title work. They are extremely reasonable and very proficient in what they do.

Payment

If you are the winning bidder please contact us immediately at the close of the auction. The high bidder will be required to payan immediate partial payment of $250 through PayPal upon completion of the auction. The vehicle will needed to paid in full within 5 days of the auction close. We will only accept Cashiers Check, Bank Wire Transfer or Cash. If the car is not paid for within the specified time frame the car will be offered for re-sale or offered to the next highest bidder via second chance offer. Feedback will be left accordingly for buyers that don't consummate and complete the purchase. Everyone's time is important...let's not waste each others time. It's not fair to the bidders that are serious about wanting the vehicle up for auction.
