1994 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan Description

Tagged. Runs and drives. But needs a decent amount of work. This is a project car that I bought with the intention of fixing and painting and etc... However, I do not have the time and money to follow through.
Here is a list of what needs to be fixed.
1. Sunroof does not retract.
2. Crack in windshield.
3. Wiper does not work. (New wiper motor, transmission, and blade included)
4. Exhaust needs repair. Has a new catalytic converter but whole exhaust hangs lower than it should and needs an O2 sensor. It has an exhaust leak where the O2 sensor should be so it is loud and runs a rough but does not stall or anything.
5. Front bumper was hit and is cracked (shown in pictures).
6. Rust on several parts of exterior where trim is (Most is shown in pictures, I have more pictures if you need it)
7. Interior: there is a black stain on the front driver seat and a purple stain on the passenger seat. The rear seats are in great condition. The carpet in the driver side is stained but the rest of the carpeting in the car is clean.
8. There is a squeak in the serpentine belt rotating assembly. I think it is the bearing in the power steering pump (I have included a replacement).
9. Radio volume control is fickle but still works. Sometimes the volume jumps when you try to adjust it.
10. Something is wrong with driver side door lock. It will only lock from passenger side.
I drive this car all the time and it has always started and drives well. I wish I had time to Fix it up as it can be a nice car. I am including the power steering pump, wiper assembly, New center console, and two front fenders (matching paint) just to replace where there is a little rust around the wheel well. I am willing to drive it to you if relatively local. If auction goes $1000 or more I will drive up to 100 miles for free. if total is less I will drive for a fee.
