2000 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Description

Up for sale is my 2000 Mercedes E430 Sport, this car is very well maintained and clean, its a Cali car with no rust. I bought it in 2013 as my ride to college from a mechanic who used it as his personal car. He took care of everything from tune up to a new ignition system and a few other minor things. As of today, I have put 20000 miles in 3 years on it which is not a lot as I only use it 3 days in a week to school and back(20 mile round trip). I regularly wash and wax it so the paint it still shiny today but obviously it is not perfect as it is a 15+ year old car butdefinitelyone of the cleanest one in town. I am selling because I want to upgrade to an S class.
Done the following things on it since I owned it:
-Oil Changes every 7000 miles with Liqui Moly High Performance German oil(costs nearly $40 for a 5 Quart Jug) I took care of it 1500 miles ago-Transmission fluid change with genuine MB Fluid-New Air Filter 1 month ago
-Front Suspension done 10000 miles ago
-New Water Pump, Idler Pulley, and Serpentine belt
-Recently also got the Tensioner pulley changed and a Serpentine belt again(OEM Parts)
-4 Wheel Alignment 4000 miles ago-Rear Window Regulator(common problem on these models)-Smog Check done less than a month ago.
The E430 has just required regularmaintenanceover time and hasbeen very reliable and solid. We recently took it for a 600 miles round trip and the car performed very well and was cruising at 90-95 sometimes 100 mph with no problems getting a good 25 mpg. I have always used Premium fuel from Shell and Chevron only. Most of the miles added before me were highway miles from the previous owner. The interior of it is fairly clean, the driver seat does show some signs of wear, a leather cleaner should fix that, other than that it is fairly clean for its age. The AC and heater work, however a bit of a recharge won't hurt, it is alsoequippedwith heated seats and they work fine. Doesnothave dead pixels on the display like a lot of them do. Does not smoke or burn oil either. The V8 engine is very smooth, and responsive(runs better than most new cars today). Gets 18 mpg in city and 25 on highway. All these details are to let you know that I have treated the car like a Mercedes and have never cut corners, if something needed to be done every once in a while, I would run to the shop and have it fixed with quality OEM parts.
Please don't please low ball me with some $2100-$2500 offer using mileage as an excuse. Brand new this very car was $58000 as it is not the entry level E320. It is also equippedwith the rare AMG Sport package(which alone was a $4k option when new). You are getting an opportunity to drive a $55k plus car which is maintained for next to nothing. The KBB on it as of today considering the miles, condition, options it has, and miles is $3200-3300, considering KBB is always a bit conservative on these Benzes, I believe my asking price is fair and am still willing to negotiate a bit. Also, this car almost drives like new and has NO Malfunctions or Check Engine light on, you can't tell if it is on or not at a stoplight. I would drive it cross country right now without worries.
