2000 Mercedes- Benz C-Class 280C Sport Low Miles ( Look )

2000 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series Description

This is a 2000 Mercedes 280C Sport Sedan. This little car fly's down the road, but it doe's have a few issues that need to be addressed. There is a check engine light on & it has one code P0302 misfire cylinder two. I replaced the plug & it helped a little, but still has a rough idle. I think the injector is dumping to much fuel to that cylinder as the plug was a little wet. I erased the ligh, but I think it will come back on. I am not smogging the car & selling it as-is if you are a calif. resident you will have to smog. I'm not a Mercedes guy & don't want to do the work. I'm pretty sure that the number two injector need's replacing, worst case I think would be a coil pack. These are my opinion's & you are more then welcome to pre-inspect the car. The car actually drives very well & only has 111,864 miles on it. I purchased the car from a snowbird in the Calif. Desert. The vehicle has a ILLINOIS title & it's a clean title. The undercarriage is quite sanitary with no visible signs of rust. There are a few bubbles under the paint & some top rus, no rot ! These spots are pictured, there are a few very faint ones over the wheel wells, but again no real rot or anything bad. These spots should be easy to repair. The drivers seat has one hole in it, but they still look pretty good & are quite comfortable. The ABS light is on & a bas/esp light as well as the windshield washer light. There appears to be a hole somewhere in the wiper water tank. There are no oil leaks visible under the car. Some paint clear coat peeling is also present. This Benz drives & brakes well.If you transport this car to it's new home the cost is your responsibilit, I will make myself available for pick up . I need the car picked up within one week, I will require a $500.00 deposit via paypal immediately after you win the car, not the next day or day after but immediately after you win it. I will need the balance within three days either by cash in person or Bank to Bank transfer, if you can't pay in person I prefer Bank to Bank payment .
