2005 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Kompressor Sedan 4-Door Description

This vehicle is in decent shape and most of the things wrong with it are cosmetic issues. The vehicle runs good, transmission shifts good and AC works good.
The things wrong with it that I know are:
1. Front bumper is loose. The car hit a curb or something and caused the bumper to be loose and scratches down the right side.
2. Passenger turn signal on mirror is broken. Turn signals works just the plastic cover over the bulb is broken/missing.
3. Hole in passenger seat from cigarette or something.
4. Service engine reminder comes on (vehicle has been serviced by Mercedes recently).
5.Check engine light intermittently comes on displaying P0442 but still runs fine. Car was checked by Mercedes and there was $2,100 of work done on it to include a new key.
6. Rims also have scratches on it. Looks like someone jumped the curb and scratched them.
7. Drivers side window control pad is broken (switch broke off).
The tires on the car are in good shape. There are two brand new tires on it.
With all that said with what is wrong the car runs strong and for the price is a really nice car.
