1985 Mercedes 380sl. It has never been in an accident. This is a show quality car!

A beautiful 1985 Mercedes-Benz 380SL with only 108,8xx miles, it is in great condition and has always been garage kept. It has been very well maintained and has never been involved in any accidents. The outside paint color is Silver Blue. Interior color is Dark Blue. New tires all the way around. We have owned it since 2006.
This 380SL looks and runs as new. The 3.8 Liter 8 Cylinder engine runs silky smooth and powerful and the automatic transmission shifts nicely. Engine compression is still at 180lbs per cylinder. All upper engine hoses have been replaced as needed as well as the throttle body and throttle distributor. All work done by authorized Mercedes shop. It has only had non-ethanol fuel in the tank since. The car drives down the road super smooth, whisper quiet, and tight. All power features work perfectly including windows, locks, Sony stereo/CD radio, and antenna. A/C blows ice cold and heater hot. The A/C system was converted from R12 to 134A in 2011. All instrument panel gauges have been serviced and are working properly as well. New fan blower.
The paint quality has beenkept up as needed and has a quality paint finish with very few imperfections present. The interior shows very little wear and the seats are soft. The original carpeted floor mats are also in great condition. It has the rare complete rear seat upholstery.
Also included with the sale is the complete first aid kit, tool kit, unused spare wheel and tire, jack, and convertible top tools.
Extremely Rare dealer/factory spinner Mercedes Dayton genuine full knockoff wire wheels (5) with Mercedes 3 spoke spinners. All fenders have chrome fender strips.
It has both the hard and soft top (soft top was replaced in 2007, but I have the original soft top too). The muffler and tailpipe was replaced with a hand built stainless unit from Timevalve of Melbourne. There is a 2" thick book of service records which include the original sales and window sticker. It also includes the original warranty metal protecto plate.
This is an Amelia Island quality show car. Garage kept. Driven often. It will only appreciate in value.
