1998 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

I have here a nice Mercedes V12 SL600, the car was abandoned up in RI back in 2009 after the guy had a small accident but never payed for the repair, I purchased it from the guy that done the work in New York with a signed and New York notary Bill Of Sale, I tried contact the last owner who is in Illinois but he wants nothing to do with the car now and has no title and does not wish to get one.
I did contact the NJDMV special title unit and the NJSP, they both told me that the car is not stolen and I can go ahead and apply via the courts to get a title as I had paperwork from last owner in NY, if the guy had applied in NY for a title the same way it would of got a salvage title and it does not deserve that.
The car could do with a good clean there is concrete splashes on hood and a few scratches here and there so should be professionally cleaned. I'm just seeing if there is any interest at this price otherwise I will go via the courts to get title and put the price up.

Lots of questions on damage and rust so I have put more photo's up to show that it was just a fender and wheel damage, everything else seems good.
