I have owned this car for 6 years and 12k miles.3 owner Tampa FL car, purchased originally by the president of the Thompson Cigar Company.Have some original papers and service booklet.Cool Diamond-Tel retro cell phone mounted in the trunk.Functioning vintage Alpine cassette and automatic antenna. Typically driven 50 miles/weekend. Fun to drive and rides very nicely.

Over $11k spent (parts/service receipts included) over my 6 years of ownership, including:

• ·Complete front end rebuild (control arms, ball joints, bushings) + Alignment
• ·Engine/Tranny mounts, Valve cover gaskets
• ·Shocks and anti-sway bar link arms all around
• ·Power steering gearbox, coupling, idler arm, shock, transmission cooler lines, tie rod assemblies, battery
• ·Rear brake calipers, hoses, and pads, bleed all brake lines
• ·Fuel pump, filter, and accumulator
• ·Hood pad, 4 headlights, chain tensioner, fan belts, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air filter
• ·Both window switches replaced, and all windows work. Clock, blower motor, vents, wipers, and all lights work
• ·15” wheels from 560SL, decent tires
• ·Delo HD oil changes

Drives and stops straight. Good power, no hesitation, no smoke.Starts easily, idles well, shifts properly.The wheel wells and door jambs are rust free.She’s a ‘30 footer’.

Issues: Valve train noise driver side.Rust in the floor pans and trunk.Much of the paint is nice, but the hood and front fender paint have large patches of wear/clear coat damage.Rear window has typical delamination.Overall straight body but small dings can be found on all panels.Front seats and armrest are ripped (Taylormade sheepskins installed).Has dash pad. AC compressor belt removed, and ACCI servo bypassed (no heat, no AC).
