1986 Mercedes-Benz 300-Series MB Tex Description

2 Owner well maintained car. Still used occasionally. Original paint, one small dent in rear below light (see picture) and a few hard to see scratches on the side of the car. Very clean and well showing car. Have original radio as well. Most of service history on hand (from new). Original manuals and tools. One rear window needs a new switch. AC blows cold when we charge it with $10.00 freon and lasts the entire summer. New tires with less than 1000 miles. Mounted winter tires also available for sale separately (not included in this auction). Car runs great. Solid, no rust, small cracks on driver's side seat bottom n(see picture), Dash is perfect. ABS light is on but has been on for the last 10 years or so and doesn't interfere with drivability. Has headlight wipers. Does not leak or burn oil, runs and shift fine. Car never overheated. Power antenna is broken. Sony cd player included. Interior is very nice. CT Title on hand. We have owned this car since 2012 and bought it from a local fastidious lady. The car still has an M-B brand battery !!) We have done a lot of service on the car. It has lots of new suspension parts and brake parts. Great W124 and parts are readily available on Ebay for this car. These cars were over-engineered and run forever if looked after. Disclosure: Odometer shows 161K miles but true mileage is estimated to be around 181K miles. The gear on the speedometer is a common item to break. Happy Bidding. I have a picture of the tag with all the option codes. The color is green, but I can not state 100% which color green it is as not to misrepresent the car. Any one interested in receiving a text from me with the codes please leave me a good number to text to.
AC was blowing cold last summer and fall. I was asked if it was cold thru all vents. I can not answer that accurately but the heat comes thru all the vents. It is 23 degrees here today so no way to check a/c anytime soon. My apologies.
