This car was purchased by me from Keeler Mercedes-Benz with only 18,530 miles in Jan 2016. It now has 19,942 miles (plus a few if it's test-driven). Obviously I don't drive it enough--I have four cars--but the main reason I'm selling is because I moved and lost my climate-controlled garage. Even though I keep it under dual-layer covers it really belongs in a garage. It's just about in perfect condition and even still smells new--even the trunk smells new. It's sort of intoxicating. I know the previous owner and she kept it in a climate-controlled garage too.

There's something about a Mercedes convertible that bespeaks grace and ease, comfort and beauty; a life free of worry and troubles, even if only for the moments you enjoy this car. No one really needs a Mercedes convertible, but it's a car that speaks to desire, not need. This may be the finest low-mileage example available anywhere.

Many have heard scary stories about buying cars online so I encourage you to 1) ask any questions at all 2) request any detail photos you'd like to see and 3) visit and test drive the car or hire an inspection service to do it for you. The only caveats with regard to that are 1) I won't let it be driven in inclement weather and 2) I won't let the car out of my sight. Sorry, no exceptions. Meanwhile (hopefully) my seller feedback speaks for itself. Seller Feedback for ClassicGraphics I have sold several high-end European sports/luxury cars to very satisfied buyers.

The CLK350 is one of the best models Mercedes ever produced (I've owned three), but even so you should probably not buy one made before 2008, because of the notorious timing-gear issue. Many (probably most) never suffer issues but it's not worth having to worry about it. As you can read at the link Mercedes fixed the issue early in the 2008 model year. (The way I see it, why worry? Simply buy one of the later models. FWIW, I don't see any other sellers mentioning this widely-known issue.)

If you've been wanting a CLK (and you should--they're that good) this is probably an unrepeatable opportunity to find an 'almost-new' example with extremely low miles. The Capri Blue Metallic with Blue Convertible Top and Stone (Beige) Leather interior is a dramatic and unusual combination, and I always recommend light-colored interiors on convertibles (cooler in direct sun). The car is fully equipped with:

¤ GPS COMAND Navigation,
¤ 12-way power/heated seats with memory and easy-entry feature
¤ Front/Side/Head/Thorax Airbags; Automatic Rollover Protection
¤ Bluetooth Hands-Free Communication
¤ iPod integration; Sirius Satellite Radio
¤ Harman/Kardon premium audio w/6CD/MP3 Changer and Speed-Sensitive Volume
¤ Keyless Entry System with Anti-Theft Alarm
¤ Two-Zone Automatic Climate Control
¤ Power Tilt & Telescopic Wood & Leather Steering Wheel
¤ Electronic Stability Control and Traction Control
¤ Factory Original 17" Mercedes Alloy Rims
¤ Self-Dimming Electrochromic Rearview Mirrors
¤ Universal Garage Door Opener (HomeLink)

The tires are my all-time favorite: Continental Conti-Pro Contact. I've had this model of tire on several vehicles and it's the smoothest, quietest tire I've ever experienced. These barely look worn.

Those with sharp eyes may notice three discreet (and reversible) modifications I made to the car. First, I had a custom twin exhaust tailpipe fitted, and then revised to follow the contour of the rear bumper. (I dislike single exhausts!) Secondly, I replaced the front side marker lights (which were amber) with clear lenses. The actual bulbs behind the lenses are now amber so when lit the light conforms to regulations. Finally, I mounted chrome power-seat control covers. Supplied with the car are three factory smartkeys.

I hold clear title in-hand with no liens. Customarily, if you are not local, I will FedEx you the title upon receipt & crediting of funds and you can then get your tags, insurance etc if you wish to drive it home. Please see this page for full info, photos, Carfax, and terms of sale.
