This 1992 rare California classic Mercedes-Benz coupe features a 3.0L 6 cylinder engine and automatic transmission with a 192,xxx miles. Sleek black on black package, with the gray bottom accent rocker panels on the outside, while black leather and wood grain accents round out the interior. Full power windows, locks, sunroof and mirrors, all in proper working order. Front interior driver seat is ripped but the rest of the interior, including the dashboard and carpet is in really good condition. Exterior paint is in very good condition with some minor scrapes and dings but paint has really good shine and body is straight with no major damage at all. Car is smoke free and pet free.
I purchased this car because it's one I've always wanted but could never afford. This car priced out at $70,000 brand new. This was and still is, in my opinion, the sleekest, most classic coupe MB has ever made. Sadly, I have just too many projects and no where to keep them all, so my dream car is up for sale. This car starts up, runs and drives. Rear end does have a little stutter (best I can describe the sound) upon take off and when placed in reverse, but once going, it goes. Bearings are a bit noisy ( a bed bouncing sound) as well. Car starts easily and does not stall. There are is no check engine light or oil warning lights, however, the brake pad warning light is illuminated but car stops fine. Windows work, sunroof opens and closes smoothly, power mirror works, automatic seat belts extend and retract and radio works (front speakers work intermittently, and speakers crackle when volume is loud.) I've never tried to use the heat or A/C, so I can't attest to their functionality. Windshield wiper, hazards, lights, dome light, all in working order. Car is not brand new, not perfect, nor pristine. It does have a small coolant leak I've noticed (no, not buckets by any means.) It does and will need work to be the optimal driving machine it once was. Again, I purchased it to restore to it's glory, but I just don't have the time or the space. So I've been driving it, as I bought it (drove about 80 miles on 3/31). Car has been garaged and just received a synthetic blend oil change a few days ago. The registration is current, and this Mercedes has a CLEAR TITLE/PINK SLIP*!

This car, as stated above, runs and drives. It runs and drives as well as to be expected for a car this seasoned that needs work and maintenance. Again, it's not perfect. DO NOT EXPECT SUCH. If it were, I would say that, and price it accordingly. This car is a great base to start with and it won't take much to get it back to it's grandeur. A little time and elbow grease, you will have a real gem.

I have done my best to describe this MB accurately and thoroughly, disclosing all information known to me ( I can't tell you what I don't know or haven't experienced). Nevertheless, if you're a car enthusiast such as myself, love this model and want to own a true classic, this is it. Additonally, I have included plenty of pictures for your visual reference.
