2001 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class Kompressor Convertible 2-Door Description

I purchased this vehicle in 2008 for the purpose of driving it. Since then I've only put 10,000 miles on it. (It had 37,000 miles on it when purchased.) So it sits in my garage more than anything.
I have clean title of the vehicle. All maintenance records are up to date. Since purchase, I have replaced...
1) All brakes and rotors2) 02 sensor3) Serpentine belt4) Coolant flush5) Both cardio units to retract the hardtop6) Transmission bushing7) 2 new key fobs ($200 each).8) New spark plugs9) A few other minor repairs.
I have kept all the receipts. The vehicle will need new tires soon. The rims are from a Honda, so they will also need to be replaced. Total is around $800. (I don't want to buy new ones, figuring the new owner may want custom rims.) The bumper has a small crack in it under the license plate (presumably from the cold). The interior may need some work depending on how particular you are.
There are no maintenance issues and the checkengine light is not on, as she just passed emissions. The vehicle is accident free (at least to my knowledge). You may want to take her in for an oil change, since it's been a few years. (And only 300 miles since the last one.) Again, I never drive her.
Interesting to note, the vehicle is covered for roadside assistance if you have the vehicle serviced at an authorized Mercedes dealer. I needed it once when my battery died--they came out free of charge.
