We don't sell cars "AS-IS”, every car comes with a 2-month warranty. There are no issues with this car whatsoever. We see many sellers on eBay selling "salvage" vehicles, which are far inferior to our "rebuilt" vehicles. In order to receive a "rebuilt" title, DMV must thoroughly inspect the car and find it to be in road-worth condition. Salvage cars need this inspection before they can be registered.
