Thanks for the interest. I wanted to give you a heads-up if you win the auction since the bidding ends on a Monday May 30th (a bank holiday - wish I would have figured that out beforehand). All of the following apply to the sale unless you make other arrangements with me (#917-499-5810). By 5 PM (EST) on Tuesday May 31, I need the high bidder to: (1) sign a bill of sale, (2) provide a copy of your driver's license, and (3) give me a non-refundable deposit of $500 in cash, certified or bank check. Otherwise, I will move onto the next highest bidder. I will provide you with a signed copy of the bill of sale, a copy of my driver's license, and a receipt for the $500 non-refundable deposit. The bill of sale will reflect the balance due (i.e., your accepted bid price less the $500), say that the sale is "as is" (if you need to see it before signing, please come to see it on Monday before you sign), and that the car must be fully paid for and taken off of my property within 7 calendar days (COB Monday June 6). If you have problems, I am a reasonable guy, but those are my terms. BTW I have never sold anything on Ebay and I am leery of selling something this large on it.
