1976 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Convertible / Hardtop Description

California / Florida car, well cared for in great condition for it's age! Body has norust, Convertible top like new, verygood tires, clean interior with only minor wear on side of driver's seat from seatbelt. Paint in great condition with only minor imperfections due to age. Chrome and stainless look great. I just had car serviced by Mercedes Expert and had all vacuum lines replaced due to age as they were 40 years old! They were still in working order, but he said they were getting brittle andit would be advisable to replace them now before any problems in the future. He replaced them with Factory original equipmentalong with a tune up, oil change. Thenhe went over the rest of the car saying that this was one of the best examples of a 450 SL he has seen in years! He told me that the NADA on these cars has now gone up to $32,900. He said thatifI was to keep this carin this great a condition itis a great investment. But due to my health, Ihave to reduce my collection of cars so she is up for bid here. I can not warranty this car due to it's age and I am not a dealer.
