It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle / auction listing that the proper venue for any legal proceedings or arbitrations shall be Clark County, NV. By bidding, making an offer and/or purchasing said vehicle you agree to waive your right to any legal proceedings and be subject to arbitration based in Clark County, NV.
