This may be the finest example currently available in the US - a last year of production E320 Cabriolet in an elegant Champagne color ('Smoke Silver") with beautiful condition light Tan ("Cream Beige") interior.
This auto has very Low Mileage and has been cared for meticulously by a California collector and top local senior Mercedes mechanic who also collects E320 cars.
It has recently new original-equipment 1995 AMG 17" wheels and tires (not in this photo), at a cost of $3,000 alone.
Recent interior improvements include new headliner, seat upholstery, floor mats, burlwood center glovebox scroll and factory radio refinish by Becker themselves - all to Original Spec.
The stereo has the upgrade 1995 Mercedes amp and speakers (not comparable to today's standard, but maintains car's collectible status).
The car was advertised in 1995 in this color combination, it is a timeless period color and the flagship of the model, again making it perhaps the most collectible specimen we know.
The car is fully-loaded (too much to list here and doing so is unnecessaryfor the knowledgeable collector who knows this high-line luxury car well). This example is complete with its factory wind deflector and pristine factory floor mats.
Thecar is in excellent condition overall with minor flaws, less than would beconsistent with its age and mileage.
The image is a stock photo, but many photos can be made available to a qualified party interested at the firm asking price.

Mercedes Press ReleaseCelebrating the Three Year Run of this Destined-to-be-Classic Car:
MONTVALE, N.J., May 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Mercedes-Benz of North America has announced that production of its E320 Cabriolet model has ended...with just about 6,400 imported to the U.S. during its three-year limited-production run, the hand-finished E320 Cabriolet could well become the next Mercedes-Benz collectible. It would join the ranks of other classic Mercedes convertibles, including the 220SE Cabriolets of the 1950s and the 280SE and 280SE 3.5 Cabriolet models of the late 1960s and early 1970s.
Those models are now worth many times their original purchase prices, according to the widely respected CPI (Cars of Particular Interest) Value Guide. The 1993-1995 E-Class Cabriolet will unquestionably be sought after by collectors in the years to come," says Eric Lawrence, CPI Editorial Director. "Its appeal is similar to that of the 280SE convertible, one of the most desirable post-war Mercedes models."
Based on the coupe version of the previous-generation E-Class, the Mercedes-Benz E320 Cabriolet is a convertible coupe in the truest sense: it offers high-style, high-performance driving and touring pleasure for four people. Yet, the E320 Cabriolet is far more than a coupe shorn of its roof. Its extensively reinforced body eliminates the shudder and cowl shake that plague some convertibles and provides the ride and handling characteristics expected of a Mercedes.
Innovative Safety
Like every Mercedes-Benz model sold in the U.S., the E320 Cabriolet includes dual airbags, emergency seatbelt refractors and anti-lock brakes (ABS). To meet the unique safety needs of an open car, the E320 Cabriolet also features an innovative, sturdy rollbar integrated into the two upholstered rear-seat head restraints. These deploy automatically within a fraction of a second should the car start to roll over, or if there is a severe front, side or rear impact. Identical in concept to the retractable rollbar safety system in the Mercedes-Benz SL coupe/roadsters, the Cabriolet's rear head restraints can also be raised and lowered by switches on the console.
With its fully-lined, snug-fitting power top (which lowers in 20 seconds after two latches are released) and glass rear window (with an integrated defogger), the Cabriolet coddles its occupants in foul and fair weather alike. Its hand-fitted leather seats can be electrically heated, and the cabin is complemented by genuine burl walnut trim.
Other standard luxury features include automatic climate control, electrically adjustable steering column, two-position memory for the driver's seat and steering column and an active-bass six-speaker cassette sound system with power AM/FM/cellular phone antenna. In addition, the car is pre-wired for an optional compact disc changer and cellular telephone.
The E320 Cabriolet is powered by the same renowned 3.2-liter, 217-horsepower inline six cylinder engine as the E320 sedan. A four-speed automatic transmission and patented five-link independent rear suspension provide a sporty, yet comfortable driving experience.
