This stunning SUV is in nearly new condition. It has gone a gentle 23,000 miles. I am selling it for my mother whose health issues necessitate a less tall vehicle. It comes with a Mercedes-Benz 5 year / 100,000 mile extended warranty (a $2,750 value!) AND a pre-paid maintenance plan for 4 years or 40,0000 miles (a $1,875 value!). All mileages/time from original sale date of 2/28/15 and 15 miles). All maintenance to date has been by an authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer. Even the engine bay is nearly spotless on this vehicle.

It is finished in beautiful and popularPolar White with an Almond Beige leather interior. Leather accents are in mocha color and the wood trim is burled walnut. This classy combinationstays cool even in the hot summers of Charleston. Floor mats are also in mocha to keep the interior looking clean. Wheels are beautiful with no marks or curb rash and tireshave about 2/3 life left. All wheel drive gives you go-anywhere ability and added confidence in bad weather. This M-Class is powered by a responsive 3.5 liter 302 HP, V6 Cylinder Engine mated to a smooth 7-Speed Automatic AWD transmission.

Vehicle has navigation, satellite radio, Bluetooth audio, Bluetooth telephone integration, USB input for phone/iPod compatibility, HomeLink garage door transmitter and numerous 12V charging ports throughout the car. The tailgate is electrically operated for both opening and closing and can be activated from buttons within the car, buttons on the remote, or buttons on the tailgate itself. We want you to be as thrilled with this vehicle as we've been, so we're being as transparent as possible about condition. The nit picks we know of are:

• Several tiny "pinspots" of missing paint on the hood.
• Rear of driver's seat has some marks on the leather. A piece of paper or something was in the seatback pocket and when it got hot some spots of ink or toner transferred to the leather. They may come out, butI didn't want to scrub at them.
• Minor scratch on passenger side front rocker panel just behind front wheel. This has been touched up and is barely visible
• Other than that nothing to reasonably fault - it really is nearly new.
