2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Sport Package Description

This is a truly beautiful car. I turn heads with it every place I go and it is good on the road.
There are no problems with it mechanically and the body is in excellent shape.
Here's what I know needs to be fixed: The XM radio receiver sometimes works perfectly - sometimes not. I am guessing I have a lose wire somewhere because the regular radio works fine. The driver seat has a repaired split on it (you can see it in the picture attached). There is a tiny door mark on the driver's door (a dimple about this size of a dime which I am guessing could easily be pulled out - it is hard to see and I never bothered with it).
The tires are about 5K old. I put new aftermarket rims on it about a year ago. I drive only 10K a year and I keep the car in the garage. I keep it services also. I got a new SUV and want to sell this car.
