This is a beautiful looking 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon with 4Matic All-Wheel-Drive. There has been only one owner since new, and it has 67,417 original miles. This Mercedes is in terrific condition, and is ready to be driven anywhere.

This Wagon has the power sunroof, heated leather seats, power tilt & telescopic steering wheel, and the third row seat. All of the power equipment and everything in this Mercedes has been checked and tested, and everything is working correctly including the air conditioning.

This E320 runs and beautifully, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.2L engine runs strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts perfectly. There aren't any suspension rattles and the steering is tight. The owner installed a full set of tires which are showing most of their tread and the brake pads are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were changed this week and this Wagon is ready to be picked up.

The exterior of this E320 looks terrific. The Black paint has maintained excellent gloss and luster over the entire body. There are some small bruises on the plastic of the bumpers and only minor imperfections otherwise. There isn't any accident history, and the body is rust free. The interior has been very well maintained and is super clean. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition. The carpeting is clean and fluffy throughout this car. There aren’t any stains, holes or damage on any of the seats or carpeting. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors inside this wagon.

This is a beautiful Wagon that runs excellent. The vehicle history repoprt is clean,. and we have the clear title in handI wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car anywhere, and I would expect this Mercedes to provide excellent service for many years to come.

PAYMENT:

A 10% deposit (minimum $500) is due 24 hours of auction completion. We accept Paypal for the deposit only. The balance is due within seven days. Pickup of the vehicle is within ten days of auction completion.

The acceptable methods of payment are Bank Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, Direct Deposit or Cash in person. We do not offer financing. Deposit down payments are non refundable. We do not accept trade ins. Any guarantee offer for this vehicle will be voided if payments are not made according to terms.

WARRANTY:

This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles.

The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. There will be no liens or encumbrances on the title. The stated odometer reading is within +/- 500 miles.

PICK-UP:

Please check with us before scheduling your vehicle pickup.We are not a retail dealership, so it is very important to coordinate your arrival with us before finalizing your plans. We are available from 8AM to 3PM weekdays, and are closed on weekends.

We are approximately 15-minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station, and the Greyhound Philadelphia Bus Station. We may be able to pick you up at any of these terminals, so please inquire if interested.

REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES:

Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs.

Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own.

Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received.

All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter).

We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends. We also sell vehicles locally and reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time.
