2008 CLS 63 AMG Low Mileage

This car comes out of my fathers estate. It is in near perfect condition with low mileage.

We purchased this car as a rebuilt salvage title car in 2009 after the floods in Houston Texas. While the title is listed as "Water Damage- Rebuilt" there is zero indication that the car ever saw any water.

It is a very common practice for insurance companies to come into an area after a large flood and total every vehicle regardless of damage, or lack of damage. We think that is the case with this car. Over the years my father and I have purchased several high end vehicles in this situation. With prior knowledge, and a thorough inspection( and a bit of first hand understanding of the car in question), we have had wonderful luck, owning a variety of fun to drive, luxury, and performance cars at great prices

This car is spotless, and needs nothing. I have recently replaced the battery, and serviced the engine.

This was one of my fathers favorite toys; looks like a big sedan, runs like a scalded ape!

My father enjoyed Sunday afternoon drives in this car( mind you, my father was a serious driver, and did not poke around during these drives!)

The car will be detailed including clay bar and had wax before delivery.

The Deposit:
Please be ready to place a deposit within 48 hours of auction's close. All transactions must be completed within 7 days of the end of auction. If the car is not as represented upon your personal inspection at our dealership location, you will be under no obligation to purchase.

Tax, Title and License:
Local residents are responsible for applicable sales tax in your county as well as title and licensing fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable tax, title and licensing fees in your area.

Note: If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours (2 business days) or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.

Legally Binding Contract:

Professional pre-purchase inspections are welcome but must be made before the auction ends. We have described the above mentioned vehicle to the best of our ability. However, with all pre-owned automobiles, the condition is subjective, so we recommend that the potential buyer fly out to inspect as well as test drive any of the vehicles before finalizing purchase. If your personal inspection is not possible, we will be glad to help facilitate an inspection by your chosen local independent service center and will make arrangements to deliver the vehicle to them for this purpose.
