TITLE EXPLANATION........ The original buyer of the vehicle took possession and NEVER made a single payment. In order to "illegally title and register" the limousine, he decided to go to another state and claim that he bought the vehicle through a flood/salvage sale and was successful in obtaining a "DUPLICATE" title, which enabled him to register and insure the vehicle and the bank had NO IDEA where it was. Eventually, he was arrested for other charges and the bank finally recovered the limousine in late 2013. I bought it and have had it as a private tailgate vehicle since. This limousine needs absolutely nothing and can be put into a rental fleet tomorrow morning. I am a car dealer and have impeccably maintained this limousine and kept it in a garage as well.
