1997 Mercedes-Benz C-Class SPORTS AMG Package Description

Selling my nice Benz its 2.8L C-class with AMG Sports Package. Interior is REAL lather (not cheap thing they make now days) all seats are like new, driver seat shows some usage but still look very presentable. I almost never had passengers on back so those are pretty fresh. You can see on photos for your self. Sun roof has custom zebra texture.
Everybody loves this car and i still get compliments!!!
Car was dipped to matte silver metallic top and matte black bottom + black roof (that was done last year) Body has some some minor parking dint but people dont see them much (look at photos) Car never been to an accident.
Car had numerous mods and really worth much more then i ask for, lets start form AMG Sports Package (more power to engine, bigger headers, shorter more aggressive turns), AMG Rims, AMG Speedo, Presidential Series (upscale interior, carbon kinda panels, CD Changer (not that you care about it any more), integrated phone (removed by now but i still should have it somewhere).
I installed custom 8" navigation screen so it shows large map, and it plays MP3s form flash drive, there possibly is iPhone support but i never bothered checking. Navigation has support for tire pressure monitor (note currently disabled at it was annoying me but tires still have sensors), back up camera (installed as USB but not activated, never used it but it might still work, it physically installed though)
Car comes with new projector headlights.
Another nice future is radar detector and laser jammer. 10 years on this car an no speeding ticker. Radar detector is Passport installed radar (4 counseled antennas in total) I paid $2.5k for it (Google it)
*. * Radar detector is extra cost!!! If you want it it will be extra $250. If you dont want it i will remove it before you get the car (this will leave 2x0.5" rectangle in front bumper where antenna was installed) I think radar is very useful so i would recommend taking it as it cost fraction of what it worth. I will install same Passport on my new car.
Tires changed last year they have about 2-3k miles on them
Reason for selling: currently there is no check engine and car runs good (see speedo pix), however i seen check engine coming up with code about air injection system or something and i had few issues where engine stopped. My mechanics told me all that are quick fixes but car is not new despite i love it I no longer want o put money into it given that i have 2 other cars and no garage. So id rather sale it rather then it start to decay on the street.
So bottom line is car is nice as you can see. Does not eat much fuel, i could drive NYC to Boston round trip on slightly more the 1/4 of the tank (18 gallon tank) which is like a free ride. Recently took road trip to Virginia and DC but now its time to sale.
Sold AS-IS where IS. No warranty, what you see is what you get, you need to do your own due diligence and research. Description is based on my best knowledge and understanding. I prefer local buyers so you can inspect the car but i can ship it (buyer pays shipping) Clean NYS title on hand, no liens or any other problems. $300 deposit required. Full payment needs to be made on or before pick up. Deposit via PayPal balance through less costly methods (cash, bank check or wire) bank check needs to clear prior pickup.
