1989 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

You're looking at a VERY well kept and excellent driving 560SL. This car has been a single family owned car since 1994 (mother and son), but it's time for her to find a new home.

Mechanically, the car is as perfect as a 59,000 mile car can be -- maintained by the Mercedes dealer and Ben's Workshop here in Austin, and driven largely on weekends. The car has extremely low miles for its age and there are no drips, leaks, or strange noises! Tires show about 80% tread remaining.

Garaged its entire life, and driven sparingly in inclement weather, the red paint shows very nicely. There are a few tiny rock chips here and there, but that's going to be the norm for any of these cars with more than a few thousand miles. Both tops are in great shape, and the soft top has only seen the light of day twice!

Interior is in excellent shape with only a tiny bit of wear showing on the driver's side left bolster. All gauges and accessories work -- auto climate control (cold A/C, hot heat).
