1958 Mercedes-Benz 200-Series 220s Description

This car was purchased in 2006 for the purpose of restoring, It's been parked indoors since then & was only driven twice at the time of purchase. I got too busy with restoring my 1960 Mercedes 220S Cabrio & never had time to do any work on this car. The car is in fair condition for it's age, there are some rust pitting at the bottom of the front hood & the bottom of the read trunk lid. The trunk lock is missing a key. The fuel lid is missing a lock, some of the chrome handles are pitted but I have spare ones that are in good condition that I could give to the buyer. The interior front seats have rips in them, the rear ones are in good condition & so is the carpeting. The headliner is discolored but it's in a OK shape. The chrome bumpers are also in good condition. The radio is not original but the Bosch horn & Bosch fog light are original.

The VIN # is A180011 7503611

The odometer reading shows 47,568 but I'm not sure if that is accurate, it could be 147,568 but I cannot confirm it.

The battery was taken out but a new battery will be provided
