A testament to the remarkable skills of AMG. Good thing all the brakes and rotors were replaced less than 2,000 miles ago!

All that power can easily unhook the rear tires, so Mercedes has equipped the E55 with its sophisticated ASR traction and ESP stability systems. They combine engine control and braking to automatically adjust cornering if your ambition outruns your driving skill. Both systems can be turned off, and allows you to hang the rear end out and really test the semi-active multi-link air suspension system, and sticky ZR-rated Continental Extreme Contact tires (245/35 in the front and 275/30 in the rear) which all have less than 1,000 miles on them and are mounted on a flawless set of 19" Mercedes-Benz alloy's which were taken from a 2010 E63 AMG…and they sure do give this car an attitude. And don’t forget to have fun playing with the height adjustable Airmatic suspension system, which operates flawlessly (difference shown in the last 2 photos), to adjust the handling and ride feel.
