93 MERCEDES 500-SEL. Original MSRP was $110K! Only 186,770 original miles, which is not high for a Mercedes. 5.0 Liter V8 cylinder @ 315HP, 4 Speed Automatic Transmission, Factory Alarm system, Front and Side Airbags, 4 Wheel Fully Independent Suspension, 4 Wheel Power Disc Brakes with ABS. Has lots of power, the transmission shifts smoothly and it loves to go fast! Very safe, smooth-driving and comfortable car for travelling long distances. Huge interior with tons of leg room, front and back - I've even hauled 8-foot lumber in it with no problem! The trunk is really big, too.

It has heated leather seats and burled wood trim, AC and double-paned windows to keep it cool and quiet (I was told by the Mercedes dealership they were actually bullet-proof, and that it had most likely been a Saudi diplomat's car at one time, considering the dark window tinting!). It has a sun roof, CD player and AM/FM radio with 7 Bose speakers. It even has a built-in FAX machine and telephone! It has power windows, power rear view mirrors and power seats. It has lighted vanity mirrors on both sides in the front and back seats. It also has Stability Control, Traction Control and Self-Leveling Suspension.

Clear Virginia title. Sold AS-IS, where-is. No warranty of any kind. The 3 different Vehicle History Reports I paid for show a clean history with no accidents, damages, liens, thefts or other problems reported. AC compressor and evaporator, control arms and ball joints, hydraulic shocks and power steering pump, engine electrical wiring harness and transmission have all been replaced. These reports are available upon request.

It still has a few issues: the fuel injectors apparently need cleaning because it runs great when up to speed, but tends to die or hesitate after coming to a stop. There also seems to be a problem with the radio amplifier, causing the speakers to cut in and out - but when it is working, the sound is superb! It also has a couple of minor dings on the front and rear bumpers, but the paint and body are in very good shape otherwise.
