1997 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class Description

Beautiful 97 SL600 V-12 2-Seater Mercedes, Hard & Soft Tops, Soft top and windows like new. I was told by the previous owner that this car was sold or leased new in Beverly Hills, by someone in the movie business, but he didn't know the name. It was registered in Hollywood or West Hollywood for a few years, then bought from auction by an older couple in Happyvalley,Or., who also had a home in Arizona. I purchased this Mercedes from the older couple in Eloy, Arizona. I was told by the previous owner that there was two previous owners and that he had bought the car through a broker from an auto auction in I believe 2007 or 2008. I brought the car to Norwalk, Ohio, where it's been in my climate controlled garage. The previous owner told me that in the 8 or 9 years he owned the car that it had never been out in the rain and that the car has never seen salt or any bad weather. Has 18" AMG wheels, new rear tires and brakes. Comes with nice car cover. Only issues that I have found is windshield washer bottle leaks, so the light is on. Top locks above windshield drips hydraulic fluid when you push the top lock button. I have the complete seal kit to replace the leaking seals, comes with the car. I have only driven it in perfect weather, so neither was an issue for me, since I only drove the car with the top down. This is a fabulous 2-seater V-12 Mercedes that cost 123,000.00 new, it's amazing that you can buy this car for less than 10 cents on the dollar of the new price. I'm over 60-years old and have some health issues, so it's difficult for me to get in and out of the car or I would never let it go. Good luck bidding and enjoy this beautiful roadster!!!!!!!
