Registration is good until 4/2018 Smog PassedRear disc brakes replaced June 2016 -only drove 1,585 miles sinceOil change, oil filter also June 2016.Timely tune up/oil changes prior to last service. Always used premium gasoline. The car runs smooth. It has cosmetic dings and dents. I have another car that does not require "Mercedes Mechanics" and no longer can afford to keep this one. A few days after the last service...the EC light came on and the A/C stopped working.
The radio works but volume jumps high and I was told to get a new radio. $$$ The DC player stopped working long ago and I don't know why. One head rest will not operate in the back seat. Mechanics said too much to replace motors to repair. Sensors stopped working. Replaced Vacuumpump in 2015 with a used one. Parts are getting difficult to find. Drivers side door doesn't auto close, Mercedes mechanics set it to close manually as it doesn't auto dip with door opening and close sequence. Dash lights are getting dim on left to middle. I have mirror glass for left side mirror. I put the wrong fit on it but ordered a new one to go with the car. I leave that project for a new owner.
Before husband passed the car had every ding fixed or repair possible and I believe the relationship with mechanics were more attentive. I have had many reliable years although as stated I can no longer afford to keep it up.
There are three dings on left side and a dent on the driver side fender. All are shown, someone must have backed into us on the street, (fender dent). Scrape along fender area, (motorcycle leaned and slid when I was just learning to ride.) Ding on the back end...low cement pole at 711, that's when I found the sensors no longer worked. Scrapes on driver door...(ladder fell on it). Seat leather is cracked, but over all the car is still good looking.
