2011 Mercedes-Benz C-Class luxury edition Description

Two owner luxury edition C300 Mercedes Benz with 85000 miles.
Just had a fresh service for Mercedes five thousand miles ago, four new tires 3 thousand miles ago.
I am a non-smoker and don't have any kids so the interior is in amazing condition with only a few minor imperfections. I had the car cleaned yesterday and upon sale I will have it waxed and ready to go. I'm looking for a fast sale so I will start the bids at $11,000 which is $3,000 below what everybody else is asking.
The the car drives perfectly and has always been serviced by Mercedes-Benz before me and through its lifetime with me. I pulled the Carfax when I purchased this and there was nothing other than service records and I've never had any accidents or issues. I purchased this with 40000 miles on it in 2014.
Only issues;
The steering wheel is starting to peel,the door panel has a small hole right where you you pull the door closed and the seat has a separation of the stitching in one small spot. There is dings and a few spots on the body nothing major probably due to parking lot mishaps.
