1986 Mercedes-Benz 500-Series 560SL Description

Vehicle Overview
1986 MERCEDES 560SL - LIKE NEW - BOOKS - WELL KEPT CAR - RUNS LIKE NEW - CLEAN HISTORY REPORT - TO BE SOLD WITH NO RESERVE !!
You are looking at an exceptionally well kept, VERY RARE great looking 1986 MERCEDES 560SL CONVERTIBLE, perhaps one of the finest series that Mercedes has ever make. This car says a lot about what a car should be. The miles are original at 90,000 which is quite remarkable for a 31 year old car. I have personally driven the car for the past week or so and it performs perfectly. A car you could drive everyday and is fast becoming collectible. Most importantly is the car has never been in an accident.
The vehicle has been made and assembled entirely in Germany, and consists only of Germany made parts! It's been very well kept and serviced to keep the car in showroom condition. Judging from the miles and the condition of the car, it has been cared for very well, it has also been kept in a climate controlled garage. The soft top is original and I would recommend replacing it.
The engine is an exceptional condition as the car has no known problems. The transmission shifts like a new car. The car runs great! The engine compartment is clean, and free of any leaks. The air conditioning blows ice cold. The car boasts a set of wire wheels along with fender skirts which really give the car "the look ".
All the electrical options appear to be in working order. The seats are like new condition, quite remarkable. The radio was upgraded some years ago and it is one of the two items not original. The other is that you can see a temperature gauge was neatly installed in the dash. Its looks like original, the fit is that good.
As you can judge for yourself from the pictures - the interior is spotless. The car is fast becoming a classic as the value of the car is ripe for a huge upswing. I have all the original keys, books, first aid kit, tools, and a spare tire which has never been on the ground. To reproduce this car would be difficult.
This is your chance to own a truly unique piece of history and a luxurious convertible that stands out. Please see the current listing as the car probably doubles in value from here within several years. To own this incredible rust free car is quite an opportunity.
