2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 Convertible
2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK-Class Convertible Description
2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK 500 Convertible. My mother (76 y.) just moved back (2 mos ago) from Florida and brought her immaculate, garage kept convertible home. She has no garage to keep it in and does not want to keep it, as it would have to stay outside. She bought it in 2012 when it had 19,087 miles on it in Florida. The original owner drove this car ± 3,000 miles per year and my mom only drove it ± 2,000 miles per year. (Only 2 owners) It now has 31,975 miles. It is almost perfect, inside and out. We even have the original, non-used factory floormats. CLK 500 Convertible base price was $63,075 when new. Looking for a killer Benz convertible?...here it is. Call Eric @show contact info

The sticker price for this specific CLK 500 with these option was $70,310. My EBay price for this 32,000 mile gem is only 23% of the original price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
New for 2006 is the addition of active front head restraints to help support the head and prevent whiplash injuries in the event of a collision. The cabriolet has a new design of side-impact airbag mounted in the front seat that adds head protection to the usual chest protection expected from such systems. Automatic-deploying roll bars come standard on cabriolets. Also standard is the Tele Aid automatic emergency response notification system, which calls an emergency response center and gives the car's location in the event any seatbelt tensioning retractor or airbag deploys. Active safety features that come standard include antilock brakes (ABS) with emergency Brake Assist and electronic stability control. With all those safety features, this is the perfect car for your son or daughter to go back to school with...SHE WILL DROP DEAD WHEN SHES SEE WHAT YOU BOUGHT FOR HER!!!
On the open road, the CLK has responsive performance and excellent high-speed stability. The ride is firm but comfortable, what we'd expect from the German engineering and the CLK tackles back roads with confident, level cornering, making it a joy for spirited driving.
For drivers who seek more performance this Benz has the powerful V8 which boasts 302 hp @ 5750 rpm. The engine is coupled to a seven-speed electronically controlled automatic transmissionwith driver-adaptive shift points and TouchShift with steering-wheel-mounted shift buttons.
The CLK is easy to live with. Its relatively small size makes it easy to park and maneuver in crowded areas, a description that fits nearly everywhere nowadays. At the same time, with back seats are roomy enough for two adults. This is no cramped sports car limited to two occupants.
The 4 side windows and the rear glass have been professionally tinted to protect against the Florida sun. This looks awesome with the silver paint!!!
. The vehicle history report shows an accident on 6/16/15 in Edgewater, Florida. This so-called "accident" was my mother in this Mercedes backing up in a CVS parking lot and at the same exact time another gentleman, directly behind her was also backing up. They "bumped" rear bumpers. There was no damage, at all, to either vehicle. The Edgewater Police frequent this CVS parking lot as a place to sit and monitor traffic for violations, as it is right at a street intersection. This incident was witnessed by the police officer, therefore he made a report of it. I just requested, from the Edgewater Police Department and received a copy of this report, which the Edgewater Police call a "Police Event Report," as it was not a vehicle accident. Since it was reported and associated by the vehicle's VIN, it is on the vehicle's history report. This car has had no body/paint work and is in almost perfect condition. This incident had no effect on this car other than the car history report saying it was involved in an accident.
