2005 Mercedes-Benz E-Class 4 matic Description

2005 Mercedes E500 4 matic, 2 owner zero rust clean body and interior. Never seen a winter always garaged and maintained, I bought this car 2 years ago and has never given me any major issues besides oil changes tires and brakes the only major thing i have done is the fuel pump at 150k miles.A few weeks ago i got a check engine light and warning air suspension fault, I drove the car to my local Mercedes dealer and got a full diagnosis the results were left front air strut needs replacement spark plugs need to be replaced and cabin air filter needs changed. Mercedes quote to repair all that $2900!. After i laughed at the quote i drove the car home called a few local repair shops and got a quote to get all the work done for $890, The only issue was the air strut is only available by a company called Arnott and they are back ordered for 6 weeks on the part(you can send your old strut and they will refurbish it for 300). this was over 4 weeks ago and due to not being able to find the part, I ended buying a new E550 so this one has been in my garage for over a month now, I start and drive it in my neighborhood every Sunday. Does it run and drive: Yes it runs and drives fine
Can i drive this away: Yes you can but at your own risk the wheel does not rub against the body
What options does it have: Bose stereo,Rear and side shades,Xenon headlamps,Cold weather package,Parktronics and standard luxury car equipment eg moonroof leahter pw seats etc.
Any records books keys: yes i have quite abit of my oil change fuel pump receipts,the diagnostic from mercedes. I have 2 keys all books and the original window sticker!
Why is it sitting so low:Because the air suspension is deactivated once engaged the car raises from all sides except left front.
Any damages:For a 12 year old car it's in great shape, No rips or tears no saggy headliner,no cracks or fading on wood grain, no major dents or dings,no rust, Most noticeable is some ware on the drives side rest which i have pictured.
