You are viewing a beautiful example of a 1981 Mercedes Benz 380 SL. The car was purchased from the original owner in 1982 and has remained in the family ever since.

The exterior of the car is painted red with black and gold pinstriping and a black convertible top. The convertible top on the car as well as the front and rear bumpers are brand new. The interior of the car has tan leather seats with tan carpeting and black 380 SL floormats. The hard top is not pictured, but does come with the car.

The car is powered by the original 3.8L V8. The car is rear-wheel drive and the engine transmits power to the wheels by means of a 4 speed automatic set of gears. The fuel pump, injectors, and battery are all brand new. The smog certification on the car is current.

The car rides on a brand new set of Ohtsu 225/50R16 tires front and rear. The wheels on the car were recently rechromed. The car features the factory disc brakes (vented in front, solid in the rear).

All of the original paperwork that came with the car is included as you'll see in the photos. The orange case is a safety flag for roadside assistance and the black box behind the passenger seat is a factory first-aid kit.

Buyer is responsible for any and all title and licensing fees. If you live outside of our state, you are responsible for applicable title and licensing fees in your area as well as the shipping fee to have the car delivered.

If the deposit is not received within forty-eight hours (2 business days) or if the sale is not complete within 7 days of the close of the auction, we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder or to another qualified buyer.
