1989 Mercedes-Benz S-Class Description

Up for auction is my 1989 Mercedes Benz 420SEL. I bought this car in 2008. This was my daily driver until about a year ago. Overall the car is in good cosmetic condition as you can see in the photos. Here are the issues the car has… 2 minor door dings on passenger side. I tried to show in picture but they’re hard to see. Right passenger headlight wiper is not working, front bumper and grill insert show some minor parking lot damage, Paint has a few very small chips, Clear coat in some areas are starting to fail but still very presentable, right overhead cam shaft is tapping, front driver’s seat has wear from getting in and out, rear passenger seat back pocket became un seamed on left edge, driver’s window works but sticks at top position, Radio doesn’t work small crack in headlight bezel and a 12” crack on the passenger side of the windshield. I tried to take pictures of all the defects. Body and frame are rust free, no cracks on dash, no tears or rips on seats, carpet is in great shape, engine bay is nice and clean with no leaks. No leaks from weather seals and car interior and trunk are dry. Comes with all manuals, sample cassette tape and tool kit. If you have any question please ask. I encourage you to come out and do your own inspection. Service records are available from my start of ownership (2008) and till 168,554 miles. AC is cold. This auction has a very low reserve.
