2003 Mercury Marauder for sale SUPER RARE 1 of 103 as optioned !

These were only made in 2003 and 2004! They only made 417 total in this color in 2003! This is one of only 1,414 EVER MADE IN THIS COLOR for both years!!

And this one is 1 of ONLY 103 made as it is optioned in this year!!

159k fully loaded exceptional condition!

All accessories work!!Cruise Control, Automatic Temp/Climate Control, Air conditioning, power windows, power seats,power locks, adjustable pedals, rear defrost, overhead console with compass, dome lights, etc etc And it ALL WORKS!!!

Recent work includes:

Rebuilt Heater/AC control head, new AC condenser and receiver-drier, AC evacuated & recharged.

Blend door actuator replaced. This is the stupid little box that you have to damn near remove the dash to replace.

Front brakes, rotors and pads done.

Brand new set of four front tires with just over 1000 miles on them!

The original AM-FM CD player that has the CD changer controls (radio now in car doesn't have changer controls but otherwise works/sounds great). The factory radios in there have an issue that they lose the ability to tune any radio stations. It is included though in case you want to have it fixed, and there is a CD changer magazine included also

Also has the ORIGINAL FACTORY air cleaner with Mass Air Flow Sensor attached. The air filter in that, has also been replaced with a K&N air filter as well.

The spare is a FULL SIZE wheel in silver (styled to match the chrome wheels) on the car.

This car has staggered tires which means the front tires are a different size than the rear. The car is equipped that way from the factory. The full size spare has the front tire size and I have a loose extra tire for the rear. Get another wheel for the other tire and have both sizes full size spares!!

I have the keyless entry code and it works!

Comes with original owners manual packetand THEORIGINAL WINDOW STICKER!!! I also have the marketing CD for the car that Ford released.

It also has the hard to find trunk storage bin!

The lighting control module (LCM) replaced under warranty, so no LCM worries here! The recall for the LCM has already been done!

Car has a tow hitch installed. I used it a couple times to pull a small 4x6 and a small 5x8 trailer. Like to haul trash in the smaller trailer, (we have to haul our own trash to the transfer station) and the larger to bring home furniture etc., so no stress really at all on the car. I just had it installed recently so it's been barely used. I never got around to getting the trailer wiring done, as it's not required in Maine if you can see the car's brake lights, so I wasn't really concerned about it.

This car LITERALLY NEEDS NOTHING! Turn the key and go!! Seriously. NOTHING! Will NOT disappoint. Do NOT let the mileage scare you, this car is in exceptional condition. This car runs and drives unbelievably well.

This is a very rare color/options. It WILL go up in value. This car isn't junk, or some crappy beat up toy. It's been very well cared for.

Why am I selling it? Well first we have too many cars and we are coming into winter. It won't fit in my garage even after I took half my crap out and it's too nice to leave sit outside during winter. We also just got our insurance renewal and holy crap insurance on four cars is a lot! We want to use this to help pay off one of our other cars to both reduce our insurance and car payments each month, but to finally actually own one of our cars that is newer.

So yes, I hate to part with it. I remember saying I'll never sell it, so this sucks but I've accepted it. Such is life......

The pictures were taken at the detail shop I go to when I picked the car up after they detailed it-I am NOT a dealer....just a guy who really likes cars lol.

The K40 antenna on the trunk is NOT bolted to the trunk. It is a lip mount, is easily removed and will be removed before pickup, as it is not included. The "I got your six" rear door glass (outer side) decals can be left on for the new owner (if desired/requested) or I will remove them prior topickup as they are easily removed.
