2001 Mercury Sable LS Description

Was a wonderful vehicle for the years we had it, and now can be a great starter vehicle, project car, or just something for someone looking for another vehicle.
The front brakes were just replaced in January 2016, The fuel pump was replaced a few years ago, the alternator was replaced back in 2009. The tires were replaced as they wore out. All four do hold air, and are in very good shape.
It does have some problems however and they are as follows:
The transmission is burned up and will need to be replaced.
Oxygen sensor needs to be cleaned.
Will need a battery(One in picture was given to a friend for there vehicle).
The body does have some dings and dents, however none of these hamper the drive ability of the vehicle. The title is 100% clean, and the engine does turn over & run despite the problems. It will need to be towed off however due to the fact that the inspection has expired.
This car is great for trips and even for day to day driving. It was a wonderful member of the family for years, but we no longer have the funds to fix it anymore.
