Located in Mississippi, this car was seized by a local sheriff’s department, we purchased it directly from the agency along with some other items, not from a broker, dealer or auction, no use for a grand marquis at this time so turning it into cash. We do not have any service records or much of a history on the car except the fact they took it in at some time, has clean title and we drove it about 100 miles from the agency to our location, car runs and drives great, service engine light is on (will add revision to listing explaining what diagnostic computer says is the issue and why light is on – may fix just look back at listing towards bottom for revision before the auction ends), the stereo is not factory and has been replaced, the front passenger side marker light is cracked/broke and needs to be replaced, the tires have some wear but hold air and drive fine, the headliner is torn in several places, the driver’s seat and arm rest are torn, the carpet is stained, the hood cylinders will not hold the hood up which requires you to prop it up when under hood, the body/paint has a few scratches/paint chips around it but not bad anywhere, other than that what you see is what you get! The car cranks right up, drives great down the highway, tires condition can clearly be seen in the photos, transmission shift great, engine runs great does not do anything it is not supposed to, brakes are good, a/c is cold, heat is hot, did not check stereo or cruise control. You are buying the car to match the photos and videos of this listing, be 100% operational and roadworthy and have a clean, clear transferrable one owner title, otherwise as-is!
